Clarke Quay is a historic waterfront area where former go-downs (shophouses) have been transformed into restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. The precinct stays open till (in some cases) 5am in the morning, giving the area the reputation of being Asia’s newest ’24 Hour Party People’ venue.
The ‘Best Offers At Clarke Quay’ privilege booklet opens a window on the best of Clarke Quay’s finest establishments, allowing hotel guests to take advantage of a host of discounts and value-added benefits. All they have to do is present their hotel keycard holder together with the ‘Best Offers At Clarke Quay’ booklet when redeeming their offers.
Under this partnership merchants are slashing prices, Ministry of Sound offer 50% off for hotel guests, Crazy Horse in cutting 10% off ticket prices and Bar Cocoon at Forbidden City serves up a complimentary house platter of tasty snacks with a minimum S$200 (US$122) drink tab.
Novotel Clarke Quay Singapore General Manager Vincent Lelay said that with the hotel renovation recently completed, value added benefits like Best offers attracts new business and builds guest loyalty.

‘Best Offers at Clarke Quay’ is an on-going loyalty programme of Novotel Clarke Quay, which was re-launched after an extensive upgrade of the hotel was completed in late 2005. Hotel rates start from SGD136++ (US$83) per night.
