Gloria Network announced today that it has been honoured as a TalkSwitch Authorized Gold Partner.

"We are very excited about this honour; the Gold Partner status was awarded to Gloria Network as a result of hard work and great results in the marketing, supporting and selling of TalkSwitch products for the past nine months. As Gold Partner, we are looking forward to utilizing this great channel to take our resell business to the next level."

"At Gloria Network, our clients and potential customers enjoy unmatched customer service. This includes free and friendly pre-purchase consulting, professional installation, and no-charge telephone support on configuration and usage. Most importantly, our core business philosophy is to treat our clients as business partners. The relationship does not cease when the sale takes place; this is when it just begins." says Alex Liu, President of Gloria Network.

TalkSwitch telephone systems are ideal for small businesses; with a capacity of up to 32 telephone users per location. Each system is a fully integrated PABX solution that includes Auto-Attendants, Voicemail and Caller Display as standard features, along with an extensive set of calling features specifically designed for small businesses, such as Remote Extensions for connecting off-premise telephones and mobiles.

TalkSwitch systems are available in three easy-to-use configurations: 1) the 24-CA, which is ideally suited for small and home offices, with a capacity for 2 telephone lines, 4 local extensions, and 8 remote extensions, 2) the 48-CA, which offers 4 telephone lines, 8 extensions, and 8 remote extensions, and 3) the 48-CVA, which adds SIP-based VoIP networking supporting 4 trunks per system. 48-CVA Users are able to maintain existing connections to the traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), while at the same time taking advantage of the significant cost-savings available through select Internet Telephony service providers. Inter-branch calls can be directed over the Internet to eliminate long distance charges and potentially reduce the number of traditional telephone lines needed.

All TalkSwitch systems are upgradeable, and TalkSwitch 48-CA and 48-CVA systems can be networked over a LAN to increase system capacity, providing growth of up to 16 telephone lines and 32 extensions.

"The TalkSwitch Partnership program helps us quickly learn about the new features, functions and benefits that TalkSwitch can offer to our customers. It also provides us with various tools, resources, and services as invaluable aids to our marketing and selling initiatives." notes Liu.
