Roadhouse Rocker, Eve Selis, Returns to Nashville for One Night Only Concert During Tin Pan South
This Hippie Chick Twang Thang closes out Nashville's Songwriter festival extroidanaire in a concert featuring women who rock.
(PRWEB) March 24, 2006 -- Eve Selis returns to Nashville for one night only in a special guest spot on Tin Pan South's Hippie Chick Twang Thang at 12th & Porter, April 1st at 7pm. Winner of several San Diego Music Awards and a Pacific Coast Emmy for her Americana video for “Hey Do You Know Me”, Selis brings her own special brand of roadhouse rock home for the final night of Nashville’s premiere songwriter festival, Tin Pan South.
She will join her producer, co-writer, and fellow Hippie Chick, award winning songwriter, Kim McLean on the show. The Texas coalition will be well represented on the show with Robin English, a guitar slingin’, harp totin’ belter who wears her yellow rose with pride, with a new single/video out on Aspirion/Brass Ring Records.
Leilah, a folk rocker, who’s lineage began with a lifetime onstage singing background vocals with her mother, the legendary Melanie, brings poetic folk rock to the night, finishing off a splendid week of music for the annual Tin Pan South. Kim McLean’s harmony singer and local radio staple, Devon O’Day caps off the line-up, along with Eve Selis’ guitar virtuoso and background brother, Marc Intravaia. This line-up usually only happens one night a year because of heavy touring schedules, and the venue doesn’t seat many. First come first served, with quick entry passes available from the Nashville Songwriter’s Association, the show has a $7 individual ticket price at the door.
