Anomaly Communications is pleased to announce the creation of Assembly - a full service mobile technology company. Assembly is majority owned by Anomaly Communications and will specifically focus on mobile technology and marketing to facilitate transactions via the mobile platform.
Mark Kaplan, will assume the role of Chief Strategy Officer, Colin Rand will become Chief Technology Officer - and Steve Roberts will head the company as President & CEO. Anomaly Partners Sal LaGreca, Jason DeLand, Justin Barocas and Carl Johnson will serve on the board of Assembly.
Assembly will be announcing several innovations in the coming weeks regarding mobile commerce and the development of applications that underpin Assembly's proprietary technologies and services. Some of these announcements will take place at CTIA in Las Vegas, April 6th – April 7th.
