Barnie brings over 20 years of extensive project-management experience in large-scale information-technology integration and acquisition. His experience varies in the areas of information-technology systems development, software engineering, communications, technical assistance, operational planning, and administration support. Barnie also has expertise in management methods and concepts, sufficient to manage the enterprise-wide implementation of new approaches to system development and deployment. Prior to joining WRI, Barnie provided business development and marketing for InfoReliance Corporation. He also served as Operations Director for FTS FEDSIM for over 15 years developing and supporting policy acquisition and procedures for federal agencies in all locations.
