Talentology Names Tim Beaumont as Senior Vice President of Sales

In this role, Beaumont will leverage his more than 20 years of sales expertise in building and maintaining a high performing sales force in addition to developing and growing strategic partnerships for Talentology.

A seasoned industry executive with over 12 years in the Human Capital space, Beaumont is best known for his role at Jacksonville, Fla.-based Vurv(Recruitmax), where he served as the vice president of Sales. In this role, Beaumont was the chief architect of building and driving one of the industry’s leading sales organizations, which delivered consistent quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in addition to increasing the customer base by more than 160 customers.

Prior to Vurv, Beaumont was the vice president of Sales with Personic, Inc. and was a regional vice president of Sales at Resumix. He holds an MBA from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Muskingum College. Beaumont resides in Atlanta, Ga.
