Sheeraz Confirms Jennifer Lopez Heads to Bollywood
She had promised that she would make up to her Indian fans and this time she is just doing that. Though her previous visits to India never materialized. This time Sheeraz confirms its for real – it is official Jennifer Lopez will be performing live in Mumbai on April 23rd.

Part of her tour to promote her album Rebirth (Sony BMG) besides her other work including charity, Jennifer Lopez for the very first time has added India and the Middle East on her tour map. To get the confirmation of her tour in India. Hindustan Times got in touch with JLOs management in Beverly Hills. Sheeraz Hasan Hollywood's Ambassador to Bollywood and founder of www.hollywood.tv spoke to Lopez’s management who confirmed her date for Mumbai. “Yes it’s for sure she is definitely performing in Mumbai this time. Like I had always said Hollywood is looking up to India and Bollywood in a very big way, its my mission to promote Bollywood in Hollywood, and this is a dream come true ” says Sheeraz.
Though Jennifer Lopez is only performing in Mumbai and not the other regular cities Bangalore and Delhi, she may travel across India to visit some important locations. The official website of Jennifer Lopez does not mention her travel plans for India but clearly marks April 23rd as her live gig in Mumbai.
“Jennifer was always excited about India and she was quite impressed to know the record sales of her album in India,” said one of the orgainsers of this show who did not want to be named. Jennifer is also quite into Buddhism and spirituality thanks to her close friend Richard Gere who starred with her in the flick Save The Last Dance. Jennifer is also quite fond of Indian food and regularly eats at restaurants like Gaylord, Niravana and Tantra at Miami Beach. Though it is not confirmed yet if her husband singer Marc Anthony would accompany her or not. Interestingly, Marc featured an Indian model Shazia Deen who originally is from Delhi in his music video “Ahora Quién.” And in some pictures this Panjabi model resembled a bit like JLO!
