Our gourmet curry sauces are revolutionizing the way people cook Thai food at home.
(PRWEB) March 28, 2006 –
The launch of a new website, CurrySimple.com, now makes creating Thai food in the home easy. CurrySimple is a new line of products made in Thailand with fresh, authentic ingredients. Already, the product line is generating rave reviews from Michaele Weissman for the Washington Post and Food Editor Darlene Schmidt. Reviewers say the ready-to-heat sauces taste just like those in Thai restaurants.
“Have you ever experienced the difficulty of making Thai food at home? Just trying to find all the ingredients is enough to make you want to give up,”says Mike Moran, co-founder of CurrySimple. “Our gourmet curry sauces are revolutionizing the way people cook Thai food at home.”
CurrySimple (http://www.CurrySimple.com) offers four different curry sauces: a spicy Green Curry, a medium spicy Red Curry, Yellow Curry with a hint of spice and a sweeter Masaman Curry. Curry Simple also offers two new products: syrup for making Thai Tea and sauce for Pad Thai, the popular Thai noodle dish. Products coming soon will include a Thai BBQ sauce and Coconut Soup in concentrated form.
The sauces come in sealed packets, ready to heat. “We use the latest food packaging technology to ensure quality and to meet U.S. FDA standards,” says Moran. “All of our products are shelf stable without preservatives. This is the same packaging developed for NASA to keep perishable food fresh on space shuttle flights. If you know how to cook meat, tofu and veggies, you will now be able to prepare a delicious authentic Thai meal at home with the help of our sauces.”
The website also provides a variety of recipes for all the different curry sauces, plus a recipe for preparing Pad Thai, at http://www.currysimplerecipes.com/.
About the founders of CurrySimple (http://www.CurrySimple.com)
Mike Moran grew up in Bethesda, Maryland with his mother, grandmother and sister. A budding entrepreneur, by 17, he was immersed in the restaurant business. During the next 10 years, Moran got to really know the food industry, working as waiter and bartender in Washington and later in Atlanta. While working at Surin, one of Atlanta's most successful Thai restaurants, he fell in love with Thai food. He then met Nimitr Harimtepathip, known as Lim, a Thai national living in Atlanta who is a member of one of Bangkok's best known restaurant families. Together, the two created CurrySimple. Moran owns the American end of the business and Lim, owns the Thai operation. CurrySimple products are only available on the Internet. New products have just been added to the line, with more scheduled to come.
