Full-Service Resort Moves All Systems to Integrated Single-Database for Greater Efficiency

NORTHWIND respects and supports Campbell’s Resort’s dedication to guest service and professional operations. The entire Maestro team is committed to providing Campbell’s with solutions and ongoing Four-Diamond Service to help carry on the success of their [family hospitality business].

NORTHWIND, a provider of enterprise property management software and reservation solutions for hospitality, announced today that Campbell’s Resort on Lake Chelan in Washington State installed the Maestro Enterprise Front Office, Sales & Catering, Maestro Analytics Business Intelligence, and Spa & Activities Management Systems to automate resort operations on a single database for greater efficiency and access to information.

Art Campbell, President of Campbell’s Resort said, “We chose the Maestro Enterprise Suite to integrate our property’s systems because it allowed us to unite operating data and guest information on a single system and database. This is the most efficient way to automate a resort like Campbell’s with multiple profit centers. Our old system was a legacy platform with limitations. Maestro was the best multiple-module single-image database system we found.” Campbell’s Resort, located on the shores of Lake Chelan in the Cascade Mountains went live on the Maestro Enterprise system in February 2006. The property has been operated by the Campbells for 105 years, and offers access to championship golf, excellent hiking trails, swimming, boating, winter sports and other family activities. Campbell’s Resort also offers central Washington’s finest conference center with 14,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting facilities.

NORTHWIND’s president of US operations, Warren Dehan, said, “NORTHWIND respects and supports Campbell’s Resort’s dedication to guest service and professional operations. The entire Maestro team is committed to providing Campbell’s with solutions and ongoing Four-Diamond Service to help carry on the success of their family hospitality business.” Dehan also noted that operational efficiency was a key reason NORTHWIND developed Maestro with the flexibility to operate for resorts on a single-image database, which enables multiple profit centers, like spas, retail outlets and sales & catering departments to share a unified platform so all information is available and current.
