Chicago, IL (PRWEB) March 30, 2006
Integrify, Inc., a premier enterprise software provider of next-generation request and approval management solutions, announced today that Southern DataComm has selected its iApprove solution to fully automate its order processing program which is currently completely paper-based. The software and service provider chose Integrify's solution as part of its overall strategy to grow its business by 25 percent annually over the next few years.
"We have chosen Integrify's iApprove over the many other solutions we evaluated because it offers our team the capability to create forms from scratch that fit our specific needs, rather than forcing us to conform to existing templates," said Tom Dulin, MIS Director, Southern DataComm. "We also liked the look of the interface, which allowed for a much smaller learning curve than other programs on the market."
iApprove is a web-based request management system that provides form creation, routing definition and tracking tools to those responsible for processing requests, minimizing data entry and simplifying requests for approval and fulfillment. The solution eliminates problems typically related to labor-intensive processes such as manual paper handling and email requests, and can reduce costs per transaction 60 to 90 percent as opposed to paper-based processes.
Southern DataComm, the developer of ProtoBase and a software and services provider specializing in high-speed integrated transaction processing solutions, will be using iApprove for its entire ordering process, from order entry to fulfillment to customer support. When the system is fully implemented, there will be 50 to 75 users.
According to Dulin, Southern DataComm processed 18,000 orders in 2005. With iApprove's automation capabilities, the company hopes to process 35,000 orders per year by 2008. "Each order requires approximately 10 different processes, so in a few years we could be processing more than 350,000 requests each year. iApprove will contribute significantly to our company's growth because it will help us to better serve our customers."
Dulin said the system will eliminate lost and incorrectly fulfilled requests, speeding up workflow and increasing order volumes.
