The smoker, designed for residential use, features innovative technology that will allow the outdoor chef to prepare outstanding barbecue and smoked food with ease.
Utilizing technology never-before seen outside of the commercial cooking world, the AmeriQue is fitted with a digital cook-and-hold time-and-temperature controller that allows the user to set the smoker to a specified cooking temperature and time and walk away. The large backlit digital time and temperature display makes the smoker easy to program, and the digital electronic controller allows for accurate temperature control. Using the electronically-controlled meat probe, the smoker automatically enters the hold cycle when the desired internal temperature of the food has been reached. Barbecue babysitting is now a thing of the past.
4- 14”x18” grills are large enough to hold full slabs of ribs or entire briskets, eliminating the need to trim down meat prior to cooking. The smoker is heated by a 750 watt heating element, and plugs into standard household outlets. It is extremely energy efficient. Double walled construction with 1000ºF insulation keeps the unit cool to the touch on the outside; external air temperature will not affect cooking temperature, allowing consistent results year long.
