Following a year of extensive research and development, Cookshack, Inc. prepares to release the AmeriQue smoker for residential use. Featuring technology previously unavailable in the outdoor cooking world, the AmeriQue is programmable to automatically cook-and-hold based on time and temperature, complete with a meat probe to monitor internal cooking temperature. Cookshack, Inc., manufacturer of top-quality BBQ equipment, announces the release of the AmeriQue SmartSmoker oven in time for spring barbecuing. The smoker, designed for residential use, features innovative technology that will allow the outdoor chef to prepare outstanding barbecue and smoked food with ease.

Utilizing technology never-before seen outside of the commercial cooking world, the AmeriQue is fitted with a digital cook-and-hold time-and-temperature controller that allows the user to set the smoker to a specified cooking temperature and time and walk away. The large backlit digital time and temperature display makes the smoker easy to program, and the digital electronic controller allows for accurate temperature control. Using the electronically-controlled meat probe, the smoker automatically enters the hold cycle when the desired internal temperature of the food has been reached. Barbecue babysitting is now a thing of the past.

4- 14”x18” grills are large enough to hold full slabs of ribs or entire briskets, eliminating the need to trim down meat prior to cooking. The AmeriQue hot- and cold-smokes, allowing the backyard chef unparalleled creative cooking freedom. Prepare lox style salmon for brunch, and then follow up with delicious brisket for dinner. The possibilities are endless. Dual vent holes allow smoke to circulate freely throughout the oven, infusing smoke flavor into the food without drying. Meat will come out tender, moist, and delicious every time.

The AmeriQue’s attractive stainless steel exterior and small footprint (20.5” x 21.5” x 39.5”) makes it the must-have piece of equipment for outdoor kitchens. The stainless steel interior makes for easy clean-up, as does the self-contained stainless steel drip pan.

The smoker is heated by a 750 watt heating element, and plugs into standard household outlets. It is extremely energy efficient. Double walled construction with 1000ºF insulation keeps the unit cool to the touch on the outside; external air temperature will not affect cooking temperature, allowing consistent results year long.

The sturdy, all-welded construction smoker is made in Ponca City, Oklahoma, USA.
