SuccessFactors, Inc., the leading global supplier of on-demand, Web-based performance & talent management solutions, hosted the second event of its 12-city Profiles in Performance Tour on March 24th in San Francisco, California. During this event as well as last week’s Atlanta, GA event, SuccessFactors customers Business Objects, Sutter Health and Worldspan addressed key performance and talent management challenges facing organizations of all sizes and the implementation and training methodology they implemented to successfully eliminate these pain points and achieve real business benefits.

“As companies consider whether to implement performance management solutions, it is really helpful to hear the experiences and best practices of other leading companies and see how we compare,” said Kristen Firpo, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Exelixis, Inc. “It was really exciting to be able to network with peers from all different work sectors and discuss the different technology options available to HR professionals and business executives.”

The tour, designed to provide local executives with an opportunity to network with industry peers and regional colleagues, also serves as a forum to discuss current business imperatives and the effects performance and talent management solutions have on organizations both large and small. The remaining ten tour stops will be held in major cities across the United States through the end of April.

“Performance and talent management implementations, done well, require a healthy amount of change management,” said Lars Dalgaard, SuccessFactors CEO and Founder. “In our never ending quest for customer satisfaction, SuccessFactors wants to provide as many possible venues for current as well as potential customers to network, share best practices and hear real success stories that can impact their own daily work. These forums are also very powerful because attendees are directly sharing their business imperatives, which in turn help SuccessFactors to consistently update and deliver the functionality most needed.”
