RMS Logistics Appointed Pantech Wireless, Inc. Authorized Service Center
RMS Logistics, a Returns Management and Reverse Logistics provider, announced today that it has been appointed a Pantech Authorized Service Center.
Farmers Branch, TX (PRWEB) March 31, 2006 -- With increased focus on the U.S., Pantech Wireless, Inc. plans to increase its handset sales by 20 percent this year. In order to support this increase in volume and its expanding U.S. operation a solid after sales support organization has to be established.
To support its U.S. operation Pantech Wireless, Inc. has appointed Returns Management and Reverse Logistics experts RMS Logistics as a level III Authorized Service Center. Under the ASC agreement RMS is authorized to perform in warranty and out of warranty repairs on all Pantech U.S. wireless handsets.
“In our experience strong warranty support can have a significant impact on handset sales,” said Conrad Melancon, RMS’ President. “When manufacturer support is strong after the sale carrier and consumer confidence remains high.”
RMS has operated its Texas repair facility since 2003 and in that time has consistently expanded it services and customer base. Pantech is added to a growing number of other certifications including Motorola, Nokia, Audiovox and Sony Ericsson.
