Through real-world scenarios, this new video program shows participants how to recognize and transform seemingly ordinary situations into coaching opportunities. Key steps in the coaching and counseling process are emphasized, including: determining the employee’s existing knowledge and skills, establishing goals and objectives, evaluating learning, and providing feedback.

This program is designed to work as a resource for instructor-led training, mentored learning programs, or as an on-demand streaming video solution.
