Interactive marketing company, Heavybag Media today announced the appointment of Geoff Brenna to the newly created position of Marketing Director.

Brenna’s primary responsibilities will be new business acquisition, client relations, and sales support for the overall company, including Heavybag’s mobile content subsidiary, Robotube Games. He will report directly to Dennis Peters, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of the company.

Brenna arrives at Heavybag from his previous position at VH1, where he implemented cable affiliate marketing programs for Viacom, Inc.’s 24-hour music-based television network. He formerly worked in finance and investor relations as a Senior Account Executive at New York-based Morrow & Co., Inc. and Acumen Partners in Westport, CT.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of New Haven, Brenna is a Connecticut native, currently residing in the city of New Haven.
