New Law Enforcement Fitness Book Released - The SWAT Workout

The new fitness book - The SWAT Workout - not only has a program for SWAT Team members, but preparatory programs for active duty officers seeking SWAT Team positions, as well a workout plan for civilian recruits training for the Police Academy. Author Stew Smith is also a fitness testing consultant online at StewSmith.com where he successfully prepares members of the military and law enforcement to ace any fitness test.

Annapolis, MD (PRWEB) April 3, 2006 -- Former Navy SEAL Stew Smith has written more than thirty-five downloadable fitness guides and six published books on military and law enforcement fitness to help people achieve their goals. Surprisingly, many non-military/police are using these programs to get into the best shape of their lives.
