East Bay web site ‘weedbay.net’ hopes patients are hungry for more medical marijuana news, how-to tutorials and the reconstruction of the world’s largest medical marijuana strain database. When the world’s largest collection of marijuana strain data, grower’s reports, and online grow FAQ ‘went missing’ medical marijuana patients were alarmed to get no response from the web site that formerly housed that information.
‘They provided the most comprehensive marijuana strain data in the world for medical patients’ said the webmaster of the newly opened web site weedbay.net who uses the online entity ‘Peace&Pot’.
We have the data fairly intact, he said. It was released to the public last week but even before that we were working on reproducing it. Now our work has been made a lot easier with the public release of the old data. The new online database of cannabis strains is user editable and truly a work in progress. The old data is the floor; we are looking to build it beyond what it was. Although it’s a great addition to the medical marijuana community the strain guide isn’t the only data that is of interest to us. Included in the data released are 900 medical marijuana cultivation frequently asked questions (Grow FAQ). The rebuilding of the information is tedious, but it’s the compassionate thing to do for the members of our growing medical marijuana patient’s union.
Thirteen states have effective medical marijuana legislation and cultivation for private medical use is an exciting niche for us to explore. We’ve added community forums where patients can discuss and explore issues related to safe medical marijuana availability and we are delighted to provide the space needed for that. We are adding information as fast as time and sleeps allows, and hope it serves the medical cannabis community well.
