When the morning bell sounds at 7am, guests need to be up and ready for the 8am session. Bella Boot Camp encourages men and women to join in this high energy experience. Rutigliano says it's the perfect way to get fit while vacationing at the same time. Bella Vita Retreat, known for their exclusive health inspired vacations and Bikini Boot Camp, is growing with Bella Boot Camp to be the second boot camp program for the company. With a growing awareness and concern for health and fitness, Rutigliano decided it was time to share her advice and expertise to an expanded audience. Set in beautiful Islamorada, FL, the theme is health adventure meets spa. Get ready to sweat and be challenged with a jam packed schedule of cardio, core conditioning and strength sessions. That isn't all that is included in the Six-Night Retreat. Guests enjoy nutrition, stress reduction and interactive cooking classes along with ultra healthy fare. Spa treatments are delivered direct to the guest's villas and can be given inside or poolside. All the hard work pays off with some much needed pampering. Guests never leave empty handed either. They'll receive fitness accessories to take their new fitness regimen on the road.
The retreat has four villas with a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms that are designer influenced with tile floors, tropical interiors, soft linens and plush towels. Rooms are double occupancy and have queen/queen or queen/single beds with private bathrooms, living rooms, full kitchens, observation towers and full laundry rooms. Two heated pools are on the property along with a putting green, horseshoes, ping pong, hammocks, a dock and kayaks. Additional snorkeling, parasailing and scuba outings are optional. The property is ocean front and surrounded by lush foliage, banana trees and bright flowers. Easy access to sites on Islamorada and surrounding areas can be arranged through retreat transportation.
This retreat is only offered one week in the remainder of 2006 with the date set for August 27 - September 2.
