Burlington Coat Factory to Discuss Vendor Compliance Optimization Success with Compliance Networks at 2006 Retail Systems Show

Burlington Coat Factory to Join Compliance Networks at Retail Systems Show, May 21-24 in Chicago. Al Soltanian, Manager of Supply Chain for Burlington Coat Factory will be on hand to discuss their success with Vendor Compliance Optimization since deploying Compliance Networks rCMS Solution.

Sugar Land, TX (PRWEB) April 6, 2006 -- Compliance Networks, a leading provider of vendor compliance optimization solutions, announced it will be joined at the Retail Systems by client Burlington Coat Factory. Al Soltanian, Manager of Supply Chain for Burlington Coat Factory will be on hand to discuss their success with Vendor Compliance Optimization since deploying Compliance Networks rCMS Solution.

Burlington Coat Factory implemented the Compliance Networks solution rCMS, to address issues adversely affecting Supply Chain flow and elevating avoidable costs. Burlington Coat Factory has been able to affect significant change internally and within their vendor community to address these issues with dramatic results.

Al Soltanian notes, “We are happy to share our positive experience with Compliance Networks. Compliance Networks and rCMS are directly responsible for a marked reduction in Trouble tickets, lowering costs, increasing DC productivity and flow, and increasing service levels.” He adds, “Our DCs are now capable of activities that are factors in lowering costs and are directly attributable to implementing rCMS. A 3-4 year uptrend in costs associated with our Distribution Centers and merchandise handling leveled and began a down turn after rCMS was put in- even while opening a new DC and bringing it up to speed.”

Speaking on the relationship with Burlington Coat Factory, CEO of Compliance Networks, Greg Holder says, “We have been privileged to work with a forward thinking company whose visionary leaders are using technology to create greater efficiencies within the supply chain and forge collaborative partnerships with their vendors. It is great to see the results of these efforts have been recognized in superior levels of customer service and satisfaction. He also notes, “It is easy to see why in 2003 CIO Magazine named them one of the Top 100 Most Resourceful Companies, based on their pursuit of emerging technologies to reduce costs and why they have been named one of the Top 100 Companies to work for in IT by Computer World Magazine for each of the last five years.”

Mr. Soltanian will be on-hand at the Compliance Networks’ Booth #427 May 22-24 and available to speak with interested parties. Meetings to speak one on one with Mr. Soltanian may be scheduled by contacting Compliance Networks.
