Ex player for Saskatchewan's CFL team (Roughriders), Matt Hammer takes on the position of Marketing and Sales Manger at Recovery Force Inc. in Guelph, Ontario.

Once a player for Saskatchewan's CFL team, Matt Hammer has returned to Guelph, Ontario where he played football for University of Guelph. This time, his team spirit and motivational skills are being used to help grow a local data recovery firm, Recovery Force Inc.

It wasn't long after Mr. Hammer joined the team that he removed the word, "can't," from the staff vocabulary. "I just said that the number of push-ups will increase by ten for each time I hear someone say the 'c' word," says Mr. Hammer. Ironically enough, he had the president of the company, Doug Coughey, down on the floor doing twenty, within a couple of weeks of being there.

Mr. Hammer has a goal to triple the company's revenues within the first year of joining the team and has already begun the development of partnerships with large retail stores. He is also working to increase the number of resellers throughout Canada and the United States.

Recovery Force Inc. (http://www.recoveryforce.com) provides data recovery and computer forensic services for clients throughout Canada and the United States. When a disaster strikes and data is lost, Recovery Force is there to help.
