During the event Florczak will demonstrate how to prepare Creamy Tortilla Soup, Grilled Swordfish with Thai Coconut Sauce, and Champagne Terrine with Seasonal Berries. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample culinary delights, record recipes, and talk with Florczak about life as the private chef to the stars.
