In a related development, Tarpley's publisher, John Leonard, has filed a shareholder's motion to the April 19th General Meeting of re-insurance giant Munich Re, who are paying a large part of the insurance claims by Larry Silverstein for the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11.
