Larry Dunlap, Managing Partner of Haircolorxperts (HCX), has announced that Charles Roa has joined the organization as a Senior Specialist at the Cameron Village location.

In this position, Roa will provide clients with cuts, color, styles and basic hair maintenance. He completed his education at the Virginia School of Hair Design and continued education with Toni and Guy in Dallas, Texas. Charles has five years experience in the industry.
