Collins, who will be responsible for marketing and promotions in the entire Western Region, Mexico and Hawaii, joins Global Traveler after working in the film business, but her true passion has always been travel. Collins holds a BA in Communications from the University of Southern California and an MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics, which offers her the global perspective that the magazine requires.
“Caroline brings international experience that is unparalleled in this industry. She has studied in both London and Paris and possesses the international outlook GT demands,” said Francis X. Gallagher, Global Traveler publisher and CEO.

Global Traveler magazine is the only ABC audited magazine geared toward the business traveler. GT readers make at least 32 round trip flights per year, with 80% percent flying first and business class and more than 60% stay in five star hotels.
Collins will be a full-time employee, marking a departure from the multi-titled magazine representatives so prevalent in the industry. Living and working in the market she serves will permit Collins to have a finger on the pulse of the West Coast market and the important Pacific Rim accounts that make up a significant portion of Global Traveler's clients.
Global Traveler has an ABC Audited subscriber circulation of 57,820 and distribution in the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge, Continental President's Club, Delta Crown Room and the United Red Carpet Club, as well as a host of international lounges such as: Alitalia Airlines, Asiana Airlines, China Airlines, EVA Airways, Finnair, Korean Air, Malaysia Airlines, South African Airways, TAP and Turkish Airlines.
