Today at the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) HRMStrategies 2006 Conference and Exposition, Knowledge Infusion launched Knowledge Infusion University, a new institution that will deliver interactive workshops designed for HR and HRIS professionals. Developed and delivered by the company’s team of industry thought leaders and expert consultants, the Knowledge Infusion University curriculum will provide world-class education around emerging topics relevant to driving measurable business results through human capital management (HCM) and Talent Management technologies.

As the newest brand of the Knowledge Infusion strategic consulting services, Knowledge Infusion University is built on years of knowledge gained from real world experience in the HCM industry from a product strategy, product implementation, industry analyst and an HR practitioner perspective. The education available from Knowledge Infusion University is based on best practices followed by many of today’s world leading organizations and will be delivered in an interactive, workshop style learning format. Knowledge Infusion University workshops will provide learners with the tools and education to help launch and sustain technology initiatives within their organizations.

“Knowledge Infusion continues to realize the need for education in the world of HR around emerging technologies such as Web services and software as a service and the impact of these technologies on driving true business results,” said Jason Averbook, CEO of Knowledge Infusion. “As HR continues to evolve into a more strategic role in a company’s overall business, education around areas such as HCM strategy development, the importance of quantitative measurements through analytics and successful selection and solution deployment of technologies will be the cornerstone for driving change and championing a new culture within an organization.”

“HR organizations worldwide have a need greater than ever to understand how technology can enable HR to drive business results,” said Suzy Zoumaras, vice president of Human Resource at Biosite Inc, a leading bio-medical company. “The type of training that Knowledge Infusion University is offering in a public format will help HR, HRIS and executives realize the true value of HR technologies and how to leverage these solutions to gain a competitive advantage.”
