Cook, Hall & Hyde Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokers, will move its headquarters from Bethpage, NY, to 20,000 square feet at 40 Marcus Dr., Melville, NY, in a deal arranged by Jerry Guerra of tenant representation specialists Paragon Group LLC.
SYOSSET, NY (PRWEB) April 12, 2006 -- Cook, Hall & Hyde Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokers, will move its headquarters from Bethpage, NY, to Melville, NY, in a deal arranged by tenant representation specialists Paragon Group LLC.
The insurance brokerage company, currently at 1211 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, has leased 20,000 square feet of office space at 40 Marcus Dr., Melville, the entire top floor of the new, 50,000-square-foot office building.
Paragon Principal Jerry Guerra, who last year completed a 10,000 square foot lease in the same building on behalf of another tenant, represented Cook, Hall & Hyde. The landlord, 50 Republic Road, LLC, whose principal is Itzhak Levi, was represented by Robert Godfrey and David Godfrey, both of CB Richard Ellis.
