Connie Hall is appointed vice president, Strategic Consulting Services. In this newly created position, Hall will develop and lead direct marketing strategy for acquisition, retention and loyalty programs for World Marketing clients.

Hall has extensive experience in direct marketing and transitions from vice president, group account director, World Marketing, Inc.’s Dallas business unit. Hall brings a broad level of background in database, analytic, marketing and creative having worked with such companies as the Allant Group, Inc., Paragren Technologies, Ameritech/SBC, Information Resources, Maritz Performance Improvement Company, and the Chicago Office of the Japanese Consulate. She has worked across a wide-range of industries including telecommunications, financial services, retail, airline/travel, consumer packaged goods and technical product and services providers.
Hall holds a bachelors degree in Commercial Design from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI and a Masters of Science in Economics from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL.
