Workplace Options Announces Acquisition of HelpHorizons.com, Inc.
Workplace Options, the largest provider of work-life employee benefits in America, today announced the acquisition of HelpHorizons.com, Inc., the country's leading provider of practice management and connectivity solutions for mental health professionals and behavioral health organizations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) April 11, 2006 -- Workplace Options, the largest provider of work-life employee benefits in America, today announced the acquisition of HelpHorizons.com, Inc., the country's leading provider of practice management and connectivity solutions for mental health professionals and behavioral health organizations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The HelpHorizons platform will be integrated within the eMindhealth division of Workplace Options, a provider network services company Workplace Options acquired in 2005. The combined services of emindhealth and HelpHorizons will provide behavioral health organizations and their networks of mental health professionals with sophisticated collaboration and communications tools - including the ability to share calendars and immediately schedule face-to-face counseling sessions, on behalf of their clients, with providers. The platform also supports HIPPA compliant, private e-counseling via e-mail, chat rooms, or videoconferencing.
