Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The combined services of emindhealth and HelpHorizons will provide behavioral health organizations and their networks of mental health professionals with sophisticated collaboration and communications tools - including the ability to share calendars and immediately schedule face-to-face counseling sessions, on behalf of their clients, with providers. The platform also supports HIPPA compliant, private e-counseling via e-mail, chat rooms, or videoconferencing.
