EBI Consulting Welcomes Michael A. Penzo, PG, CPG, LSP
Mr. Penzo has been hired as a senior hydrogeologist in EBI Consulting’s site investigation and remediation group.
Burlington, MA (PRWEB) April 12, 2006 -- EBI Consulting, a national engineering and environmental health and safety consulting firm based in Burlington, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that Michael A. Penzo, PG, CPG, LSP has joined the firm as a senior hydrogeologist in EBI Consulting’s site investigation and remediation group. In his new role, Mr. Penzo is responsible for using effective project management skills to provide environmental site investigation, contaminant remediation, and regulatory-compliant site closure services. Mr. Penzo will use his experience in site investigation and remediation, along with current technology, to evaluate, manage, and reduce environmental liabilities for EBI Consulting’s clients.
Mr. Penzo has over 25 years of experience as a site investigation and remediation project manager and hydrogeologist, and has expertise in environmental auditing, site investigation, site assessment, feasibility analysis, design, and remediation of contaminated air, sediment, soil and groundwater. He earned a Master’s degree in Geological Sciences from the State University of New York, Binghamton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Northeastern University. Mr. Penzo is a member of the Licensed Site Professionals Association, the Association of School Business Officials, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He also serves on the City of Newton, Massachusetts Local Emergency Planning Committee.
