MindSolve Technologies continues to prove the power of its high-touch service model to build sustainable customer loyalty. Recently, companies like Acushnet Company, Scholastic Corporation (SCHL) and global asset management company Schroders have made multi-year commitments to use MindSolve's on-demand employee performance management software.

"Performance management is a long-term commitment. You aren't going to see business results unless your EPM processes become a permanent part of your corporate culture," says Deborah Fuller, Scholastic's Director of Corporate Training and Development.

A customer since 2003, Acushnet Company plans to roll out MindSolve's on-demand software to several thousand global employees over the next five years. "Acushnet has a long-standing commitment to quality performance management, because we appreciate that companies with strong HR practices tend to be the most profitable," says Susan Poyant, Acushnet's Director of Compensation.

Two new customers have also made multi-year agreements with MindSolve. Spencer Gifts recently implemented MindSolve software for the first time. "The implementation was smooth and MindSolve provided expertise that allowed us to combine best practices with Spencer’s own unique business," commented Gail Margolin, Spencer Gifts Vice President of Human Resources.

MassHousing, Massachusetts' affordable housing bank, selected MindSolve for a three-year performance management cycle after an intensive vendor review. Jennifer Rajala, Sr. Human Resources Specialist of MassHousing said they chose MindSolve because they felt that "the team at MindSolve truly understood our business, the tool itself was flexible and user friendly and we look forward to having a product that meets our needs."

MindSolve offers sophisticated on-demand enterprise employee performance management software, including performance appraisals, development planning and goal management, 360 feedback, salary planning, and succession planning functions. "But it's our service that sets us apart and earns us such high customer commitment," says Jeff Lyons, Chief Client Officer.

"We selected MindSolve because their implementation and administration support promised to take a huge burden off of our IT and HR departments," says Deborah Fuller of Scholastic. "And we’re staying with them because they have proved over the last year that they could sustain that incredible support."
