The conference will include keynote presentations by Ken Spangler, Vice President of Information Technology, Field Systems for FedEx Ground, and Dr. Herb Krasner of the University of Texas and the Software Quality Institute. The conference will be held at the Hilton Pittsburgh on May 4, 2006.
