Meetaway.com Signs "Search Box Agreement" with Ticketmaster
Meetaway.com signs agreement with Ticketmaster to make searching for events convenient and easy. This marks the first step in a networking site being tied into event planning.
(PRWEB) April 13, 2006 -- Meetaway, a travel/networking website connecting “people on the road” announces it has added Ticketmaster's “Search Box” to the meetaway.com website.
Through a “Keyword” or “Zipcode” search, this new functionality enables Meetaway users to conveniently purchase tickets online through ticketmaster.com, as well as search for tickets and information about thousands of events on sale through Ticketmaster.
After completing a ticket purchase though ticketmaster.com, Meetaway users will have the option to return to www.meetaway.com to search for and view other Meetaway users attending the same events, as well as post travel photos and create a customized profile page.
