InnFlux Announces the Acquisition of the Hospitality Internet Division of Sky WiFi, LLC

Following its merger and acquisition strategy through 2006, InnFlux (www.innflux.com) announced today that it had successfully acquired the Hospitality Internet access division of Sky WiFi, LLC of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The transaction took place in early March.

The transaction represents further evidence that the consolidation phase of the hotel High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) industry is well underway. Both Wieland and Romine agree that more instances of mergers and acquisitions should be expected throughout 2006.
