Murnane has more than 20 years of HR sales, consulting, assessment, marketing, software and services expertise. He joins IA as part of an effort to address strong growth for the firm in the Chicago and Midwestern markets.

Kevin is an eight-year veteran of Development Dimensions International (DDI) where he was a senior selection specialist responsible for complex Human Capital Management sales including competency based applicant tracking systems, international manufacturing start-ups, and global succession management and development.

Prior to DDI, Kevin was a regional vice president for an international communication and sales training company, where he created, conducted, and sold training, including executive coaching.
