X-partySM ImmediateCare delivers maximum up-time for enterprise servers, high performance computing and visualization systems critical to businesses. X-partySM ImmediateCare provides a level of IT support many organizations or divisions do not currently have or can not afford.

The normal range of on-site support alternatives is based on hourly response times: two-hour, four-hour, and next day. To diagnose and fix problems on-site right away, organizations only had two choices: remote telephone support, or staffing an internal support team. X-partySM ImmediateCare solves this issue by training current on-site personnel in diagnostic processes, providing the technical knowledgebase to troubleshoot problems, stocking critical and failure-prone equipment on-site for ready replacement, and providing the backup support needed to solve difficult problems, including emergency on-site service if necessary.
