J&B Software Partners with Symco Group to Provide Third Party Maintenance for Clients

J&B Software and Symco Group partner to provide maintenance for J&B clients across the United States.

Suwanee, Georgia (PRWEB) April 17, 2006 -- J&B Software, Inc., a premier provider of enterprisewide transaction and payment system solutions and integration services for multichannel processors, today announced an agreement with Symco Group, o­ne of the largest third party maintenance providers in the financial and remittance industries, to provide o­nsite maintenance.

This partnership provides J&B clients who utilize imaging transports and other auxiliary equipment with a single source maintenance provider at a highly competitive cost.

Symco provides o­nsite maintenance to more than three hundred clients, including Fortune 500 companies, community banks and other businesses spread across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Republic de Panama.

As part of J&B Software’s Partner Channel Program, J&B will offer Symco Group’s o­nsite maintenance plans which include remedial maintenance, preventive maintenance and replacement parts. This partnership with Symco Group will deliver a high level of joint technology designed to help users take significant cost, risk and time out of maintaining imagebased processing platforms.
