Creative Mind Bridges the Gap Between Small Business and Global Entertainment
An entrepreneur from the age of 10, Theresa Goss started with a small neighborhood business and has recently acquired a multi-million dollar International entertainment distribution partnership with projects distributed on local TV, the Internet and to millions of cellular subscribers throughout Europe and Asia.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) April 19, 2006 -– An entrepreneur from the age of 10, Theresa Goss, President of GEA & Associates Inc. and Western Entertainment Technology took the long road to success, starting with a small neighborhood business doing odd jobs, to a multi-million dollar International entertainment distribution partnership. By partnering with GMEX of Japan, Theresa’s companies can now offer entertainment via cell phones to millions of subscribers throughout Europe and Asia. When asked, Theresa said “This venture will provide an opportunity for “well-known” as well as Independent artists to distribute their current and/or classic material; it will also provide a major distribution channel for projects we are currently developing.”
One of the projects going into production is a new talk show called “Unscripted…with Lillian McMorris” (www.lillianshow.com). This is an entertainment based show that will be taped in the main showroom of the Plaza Hotel (www.playlv.com) in Las Vegas. The show will provide viewers with an opportunity to take an inside look at the business of entertainment. Guests will included: Singers, Song Writers, Dancers, Producers, Actors, Directors, Special Effects, Animation Illustrators and much more. One of the first guest will be the trio “After 7” comprised of brothers Melvin and Kevon Edmonds (brothers of producer/performer Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds) and newest member Jason Edmonds. Production begins on May 23rd and will be distributed on local TV, the Internet and via cellular streaming.
Theresa is also the creative force behind Black Insight Magazine, the world's first all digital interactive magazine featuring African Americans that reached more than 1.6 million viewers in 52 countries. “When it comes to seeing the big picture Theresa takes creativity to a whole new level” said World-renowned Music Director Howard McCrary.
Pursuing the dream of becoming an entrepreneur can be daunting, but it can also be very exciting and rewarding. Having built several businesses over the years Theresa truly understands the joys and pitfalls of taking the “road less traveled”. She said, “Entrepreneurship may be a wild rollercoaster ride, but it’s my true passion and I’m just getting started!”
