Hourly employees from FHG’s thirty managed hotels who have achieved perfect attendance throughout the year are invited to an elaborate awards dinner where one lucky employee, drawn out of a hat, wins their choice of free rent or mortgage for a year or the use of a new, bright red, Ford Mustang convertible (including insurance & taxes) for a full year. This year FHG offered a new option: $10,000 toward the down payment of a new home for those who do not currently have a mortgage.
