Coastal Vacations has announced the dates and location for their fall membership conference, and teaching sales techniques to members is the dominant theme. The final membership conference this year will be in Orlando Florida September 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The Gaylord Palms Resort will host the conference which will feature 3 well known sales trainers. Todd Falcone, Doug Firebaugh, and Tom Goetschius are all under contract to speak at the event.
Todd Falcone has produced several sales training products including "What Matters Most" in which he teaches how to establish rapport, improve follow up skills and close like a pro.
Doug Firebaugh is a dynamic speaker who brings over 25 years of sales experience to the table. He has produced sales courses that teach how to prospect and how to neutralize any objection.
Tom Goetschius is the industry’s undisputed authority on relationship selling. He holds a Masters Degree in Interpersonal Communications and is expected to share his personality profiling technology with attendees.
International success coach Gary Coxe will also be on hand to help members overcome the fear of cold calling and program their minds for success.
In addition to the sales training, members will learn about the often improved travel products offered by the 11 year old top rated home based business.
The strong emphasis on sales training is puzzling to some because the most successful group in the Coastal Vacations program does not require personal selling. However, the success of those who join the traditional business continues to be tied to their ability to prospect, follow up, overcome objections, ask for the sale, and close.
Their are two reasons for the recent explosive growth of Coastal Vacations. The high value travel products they offer are in demand and the emergence of their fastest growing group has given new members a much higher than average success rate than previously experienced in the home based business arena.
Coastal Vacations occupies a unique niche in the travel industry. Members can book luxury condo stays usually reserved for timeshare owners, but Coastal does not sell timeshares. Members can also book complimentary vacations and cruises, but associates are not necessarily travel agents. While airlines have filed for bankruptcy protection, and mom and pop travel agencies are going out of business, Coastal associates increased their average profit per sale in 2005.
For over a year now, the Coastal Vacations Sales Center has made the home based business user friendly to non sales types. They are the fastest growing and largest group in the Coastal program. Their success of their system is the envy of the entire home based business arena. Questions about the business model are answered on four live conference calls each week. Call information can be found at http://www.coastalpassiveincome.com.
Coastal Vacations Director Dean Marino hosts Discovery Conference Calls and live training calls for the Sales Center. He also co-hosted podcast segments that originated from the floor of the spring conference where he interviewed several of the speakers and shared information with members unable to make the pilgrimage to Florida. He urges not only members, but those considering a career with Coastal Vacations to get to the September event.
