The three expert panelists will discuss commercial real estate financing in Chicago and address questions from the audience.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 20, 2006 -- CommercialForum, a division of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, presents “The Ins & Outs of Commercial Real Estate Financing,” a luncheon and panel discussion featuring Chicago area commercial real estate bankers who will provide the details of underwriting commercial real estate transactions. The three expert panelists will discuss commercial real estate financing in Chicago and address questions from the audience. Wayne Caplan, Commercial/Investment Committee Chairperson, will moderate the event.
WHO: Panelists specializing in commercial real estate financing:
| | - Albert C. Hanna, Senior Vice President of Draper and Kramer, has been in commercial mortgage banking for 45 years. Between 1960 and 1982, he was a Senior Officer and Director of Percy Wilson Mortgage and Finance Corporation, and for about 10 years, the President of its subsidiary company handling acquired real estate. He was President and Founder of Mid-North Financial Services, Inc., a 1.4 billion dollar commercial banking firm that recently merged with Draper and Kramer, a 111-year-old diversified real estate company.
- John G. Manos, Senior Vice President, Western Region of the Multi-family Lending Department of BankFinancial, is responsible for enhancing BankFinancial relations with Multi-family mortgage brokers and expanding BankFinancial Multi-family loans in the Chicago Metropolitan area. With the diligent help from Manos, BankFinancial has excelled its multi-family lending program.
- Daniel B. Starzyk is the Senior Vice President, Senior Lending Officer & Director of Community First Bank. Starzyk’s banking career began in 1988 when he joined Uptown National Bank of Chicago and rose through the ranks to become Sr. Vice President and Sr. Commercial Lender. After the sale of Uptown, he served as Sr. Vice President of Commercial Lending with Bridgeview Bank Group.
