ViaTalk Announces Four Fold Increase in Network Capacity in Conjunction with the Launch of Two New Packages and a Three Day Sale

ViaTalk announces the completion of a four fold increase in network and call capacity, and the introduction of two new plans that are available to all ViaTalk customers.

After over a year of live testing, ViaTalk is proud to announce the completion of a four fold increase in network and call capacity. This announcement coincides with the end of ViaTalk's official 'beta' period, and the introduction of two new plans that are available to all ViaTalk customers.

The expanded call capacity completes the second phase of network upgrades on the ViaTalk network, and provide customers with even better nationwide access to the ViaTalk network. "The additional nationwide points of presence should reduce latency between the end user and our network, providing all of our customers with even better call quality than they have previously enjoyed" stated John Reyes, the company's CTO.

Two new packages are also now available through the company website. The new packages include a plan targeted at BYOD users, as well as a priority support package tailored towards the high end home and commercial users of ViaTalks broadband phone service. In combination with these new plans, ViaTalk is running a three day sale on its flagship product, the VT_Unlimited plan, offering 12 months of additional free service to all new annual plan customers. Current customers will have the option of extending their current plan by 12 months for a reduced annual price of $99.

"While our 'beta' period was not a 'beta test' in the traditional sense of the word as the phone service itself has been exceptional, it was a period of time during which we as a company paid extra attention to the wishes of our customers, tailoring our product to meet their exact expectations and requirements. Although the beta is over, this is something we will always continue to do well into the future. The three day sale is our way of saying thanks to our current customers, as well as welcoming in new ones along the way."
