Dolphin Square Hotel, London SW1 closed and all items are to be sold on a "Room by Room" Basis by Pro Auction Limited on 24 May 2006. The accomodation, bars and restraunts will all go under the hammer for this leading hotel.

London, UK (PRWEB) April 24, 2006 -- Pro Auction Limited, will sell by auction the entire contents of the Dolphin Square Hotel on May 24 / 25 2006.

This prestigious establishment will be sold on a room by room basis to the highest bidder.

The restaurant, bar and cafe areas, bedrooms, hospitality and conferencing along with housekeeping and reception will go under the hammer. This is the first time ever that an auction of each individual packaged room has been sold.

Anton Edelman's restraunt Allium will also be sold along with his entire kitchen located at the hotel, which is due to close at the end of the month of April.

Mark Flynn director of Pro Auction is excited at the prospect which allows smaller chains and bed and breakfast establishments the opportunity to buy by auction and refit their establishments at a fraction of the cost of new prices.

The sale will include artwork, wine cellars and some original art deco fixtures from the premises.
