Austin, TX (PRWEB) April 26, 2006
QuickArrow, Inc., a leading provider of on demand Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions for billable services organizations, announced today that the company’s first quarter revenue for 2006 was 34 percent greater than the same period in 2005. The increase also marks the company’s 10th consecutive quarter of revenue growth and the most successful quarter in the company’s history.
“We’re thrilled that by signing 20 new clients in the first quarter, we surpassed a milestone of 20,000 active online users and increased our revenue again,” said QuickArrow’s CEO, Elizabeth Davis. “We’re continuing to lead the market and grow by listening to our clients and providing the highest levels of service.”
Some of QuickArrow’s newly signed clients include: CombineNet, the leading provider of advanced sourcing and optimization technologies; Corrigo, Inc., a provider of on-demand service management solutions for maintenance, installation, and repair organizations; Ecometry Corporation, the premier provider of customer focused enterprise solutions for the multi-channel retail industry; Entelligence, a provider of end-to-end managed services including enterprise, storage, network, and security solutions; Epsilon Interactive, the leading provider of strategic, ROI-focused email marketing solutions and marketing automation technologies; and Kofax Image Products, a leader and innovator in the imaging, document, and content management industry.
Additional highlights of the quarter include:
- Launching QuickArrow Sandbox -- an exact duplicate of a client’s production site which their team can use for configuration, testing, and training.
- Hosting a webinar outlining a real-world case study with Borland Software, part of the ServiceLine Educational Webinar Series.
- Speaking at the first TPSA Summit in conjunction with Jeff Hornberger, Resource Manager of the Americas division of EMC. QuickArrow is a founding member of TPSA.
- Delivering QuickArrow PSA for salesforce.com’s AppExchange -- extending QuickArrow’s services functionality to other organizational areas, particularly sales.
“We are very proud of the milestones we achieved this quarter,” said Kevin Bury, QuickArrow’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “And we’re raising the bar for the balance of 2006. Our focus will be on providing high quality educational content and best practices protocols that can be shared among our clients and with the industry.”
