In this newly created position, Mr. Connelly will oversee the research, design, and strategic launch of new products for Gilsbar’s clients. He will be responsible for helping build company-wide strategic market knowledge, defining new product plans for operations, and creating work-process improvements.

Mr. Connelly’s background includes extensive product building experience as the former Vice President of Product Development and Strategic Planning for HCap Strategies, a national benefit administration services company. At HCap, Brian helped launch the HSA vendor partnership and limited purpose FSA to complement their HSA product. Brian has also worked with Ceridian Benefit Services as Senior Product Manager and as Vice President for their Wisconsin service center. Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
