Top British shaving brand King of Shaves has secured a major sponsorship and endorsement contract with England and Chelsea soccer star John Terry.
(PRWEB) April 27, 2006 -- The significant deal negotiated between King of Shaves founder Will King, Aaron Lincoln of Icon Sports Management, in association with Nathan Pillai, MD of Gifted, will see Terry endorse the brand through Euro 2008 and will feature the world-class defender in King of Shaves first ever TV campaign devised by BIG Communications which will extend to TV, cinema, pod-casting and press.
The campaign, entitled ‘Be’, will kick off just before the World Cup in June, and will run through to the end of this year with a series of iconic commercials which were filmed at a secret London location.
Will King, said:
“This is the biggest, and certainly the most exciting endorsement deal that any brand could secure, particularly just before the World Cup kicks off. We believe John Terry’s endorsement brings great stature and credibility to King of Shaves, and will drive consumer awareness and sales of the brand to completely new levels.”
