The World's Number One Real Estate Company COLDWELL BANKER comes to Manly Queensland. COLDWELL BANKER Property Direct Exclusively Appoints Respected local agent Graham Green.

Preserving the Trust, Graham Green, respected local real estate agent has been appointed by COLDWELL BANKER Property Direct as Exclusive Agent for Manly and Manly West Queensland. The World’s Number One Real Estate Company COLDWELL BANKER turns 100 years old, and comes to Manly Queensland.

In 1906 Colbert COLDWELL was a young man filled with confidence and determination – resolved to succeed in real estate by treating customers fairly, ethically and professionally. He could not have foreseen where his own, highly-principled steps into the business world would eventually lead. He would be proud that his legacy of always treating the customer fairly has been so honoured – and his sacred trust so well preserved.

A local real estate identity, Graham has been selected for his 30 plus years of sales and negotiating skills complemented by his reputation and knowledge of the local area. Graham moved into the bayside in 1958 and started his real estate career in 2001 at Ray White Wynnum Manly.

Managing Director David Beard welcomed the appointment of Mr Green to the exclusive Coldwell Banker Property Direct team. “This is the most prestigious innovative and successful real estate company in the world today,” he said when announcing the appointment. “Graham Green has undergone quite a rigorous qualification process and subsequent induction programme so I am confident he will be Mr Opportunity for his local real estate community.”

Graham, a happily married father of three and grandfather of three, has lived in the bayside since 1958 and is a past student of Wynnum High and Manly West Primary Schools. His business experience includes owning the Tandy Electronics franchise at Loganholme for seven years and seventeen years working for Coles Myer including manager of the Wynnum Coles Supermarket. A previous member of Wynnum Presbyterian Church, leading Pathfinders and Venturers, Graham is now a member of the Uniting Church.

Most people will tell you the inherent value and appeal of Manly and the surrounding district is the Bay, the breezes and the short 40 minute electric train trip (or even shorter 25 minute, 17 km, by vehicle) commute to the Brisbane CBD.

It is not only the baby boomers seeking out a seachange but also under 40’s with an eye to future investment opportunities who are realising the value of living by the sea.

A major advantage in the location of Manly, Queensland, is that very few coastal communities are located handy to their Capital city, and many of those which are have a national highway along or close to the beachfront, making those suburbs a thoroughfare, and far less attractive, relaxed or likely to appreciate in value than this bayside community. This district is a destination not a thoroughfare, making it so much more desirable and yet the Gateway Arterial gives us easy access to both the Sunshine (north) and Gold (south) Coasts.

Lifestyle isn’t all about commuting and property values – strolling along the Wynnum Manly Esplanade with its cooling sea breeze is a great way to wind down after a busy day, or to enjoy a peaceful moonlight night and the romantic back drop of beautiful Moreton Bay. Added to the benefits of easy access and seaside environment is the growth of the Port of Brisbane, creating employment opportunities on our doorstep. A bonus is the recent identification of neighbouring Wynnum as a Major Activity Centre and Transport Oriented destination in the recently announced South East Queensland regional Plan. All of which spells very well for the continued sensible growth and development of this beautiful part of the world.

With over $60 million in up market home sales every day, annual sales of over $400 billion and 124,500 sales associates servicing property owners across 43 countries, the century old Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation is recognised as the world’s leading real estate company. This highly regarded world leader is in alliance with Property Direct and The SuperOffice, one of Australia’s fastest growing real estate companies.

Brisbane owned Property Direct Pty Ltd is a BRW fast 100 ranked company for 2002, 2003 and 2004 and has sold approximately $1 billion of local real estate since first opening in 1998. In 2003 Property Direct opened the prestigious 600sqm SUPEROFFICE in high profile Ann Street, Brisbane to expand its residential services under Coldwell Banker Property Direct.
