La Bonne Vie Bebe Becomes a Partner in Hope with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

La Bonne Vie Bebe hopes to make a difference for children with cancer, and has agreed to donate 2% of all sale proceeds to St. Jude for cancer research

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) May 1, 2006 -- La Bonne Vie Bebe, premier luxury baby boutique, has joined forces to fight cancer in children by becoming a Partner in Hope with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Susan Vaughn, Owner, believes that every business, no matter how big or small, should contribute to a charity and make a difference in this world. "Children are very dear to me. I have 4 children and 1 grandson, and I know how stressful it can be when your child gets sick. I can't imagine the needs, both emotional and physical, for a parent of a child with cancer," states Vaughn.

Vaughn is familiar, however, with the strength needed to care for a sick child. Her daughter, Kimberly, now 25, was born with heart disease and has had 4 open-heart surgeries in her life. Vaughn says, "The time in the hospital with Kimberly was exhausting and frightening. It really forces you to reflect on your life, your parenting, and your child's life."

La Bonne Vie Bebe is committed to helping children lead fuller, healthier lives and to this cause will contribute 2% of every sale to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

La Bonne Vie Bebe has become synonymous with the finest designers and artisans in the world.
