The premise of the sequel is this; after using his beast to wipe out the mobsters who killed his wife new werewolf Kurt Angelo finds out he’s not out of the woods yet. The sequel picks up the morning after the end of the first graphic novel. It turns out that the mobsters that Kurt killed in revenge were low level enforcers for the mob, and employed by none other than Al Capone himself. Now Capone is out for blood and mistakenly believes that Kurt is working for a rival mobster. As the body toll rises tensions threaten to escalate into an all out mob war in the streets of Chicago.
