Travis Software contracts with a third party to monitor the availability of the WebCOBRA.com service. This gives an unbiased view of WebCOBRA.com's performance and the ability to view historical information and trends. This historical information is updated quarterly on WebCOBRA.com with last quarter's performance.

WebCOBRA.com has a 99.9% availability for any unscheduled outage or loss of service. Historical information shows that availability has been 100% since the go-live date of WebCOBRA.com in the first quarter of 2005.
