Mr. Fox brings over 10 years of retail, financial, and management experience to Home Fixtures. Prior to joining Home Fixtures, Michael was a Retail Development Director for several years with a national retail developer Continental Properties, Inc. building stores for retail giants such as LOWES, Target, KOHLS, Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Pier 1 Imports, and Cost Plus. Fox holds a University of Wisconsin B.B.A. degree in Finance.

As COO, Fox will be in charge of overseeing operations, finance, customer service, and HR functions. He will take the reigns of driving the growth strategy and marketing initiatives for all of the Home Fixtures’ e-commerce divisions. Fox’s equity stake in the company will also help give Home Fixtures the extra fuel it needs to grow.

Fox’s first objective is to expand the technological infrastructure of the customer service department with additional staff and a new state of the art call-center phone system which ties into the customer service computer software tool. “A lot of our competitors look at how to keep down customer service and communication costs, some refuse to even put a 1-800 number on their site,” said Fox “I want to look at how we can improve communication to boost conversion rates.” “We have one chance to satisfy the customer before they fill out a satisfaction survey through BizRate or another online rating company and we want them to be satisfied the first time,” said Fox “I want to give our customer service representatives all of the high tech tools available. Fox believes that Customer Service is the foundation to the company’s expansion and growth plan.
